Cream jacquard dress

Wedding dress remade

-This factory-made bridal gown had wide shoulder straps and a waist panel covered with lace.
My job was to change the top part of the dress so that there would be no waist panel and the shoulder straps are replaced with white netting covered with lace details.
Here you see the result :)

-Tässa asiakkaan hääpuvussa oli leveät olkaimet ja vyötärökaitale joka yhdisti puvun ylä-ja alaosan. Asiakkaan toiveesta irrotin pitsinauhalla koristetun kaitaleen vyötäröltä ja olkaimien tilalle tuli pitsikoristeinen yläosa pienillä hihoilla. Pitsi jatkuu köynnösmaisesti lantiolle, myös selässä on pitsiä.

Shift dress with metal zippers

I got the order for a white dress with sleeves and decorative zippers, and here is the result that is formed by the ideas of the customer and me, and the materials available.
Asiakas toivoi valkoista hihallista mekkoa metallivetoketjuilla. Lopputulokseen vaikutti meidän molempien ideoiden lisäksi myös saatavilla olevat materiaalit.

Bridal gown with sleeves

-This wedding dress is one of the items I've sewn during the trainee period I've mentioned about in this post. I got free hands to both design and sew the dress. Fabrics and lace details are from the boutique I worked in.
The dress has a boned chiffon top with elastic tulle partly covered with lace details, and a multilayered chiffon skirt.


-Tämä morsiuspuku on osa talven työharjoittelujakson aikana tekemistä töistä (mainittu myös tässä postauksessa). Sain itse myös suunnitella puvun.
Puvun yläosassa on yhdistetty tuettu sifonkinen "korsetti" ja verkkokankaiset hihat joihin on ommeltu pitsikoristeita; helma on monikerroksista sifonkia. Kankaat ja koristeet ovat ateljén omasta varastosta.
Valitettavasti en saanut hyvää kuvaa koko puvusta koska mallin etsimiseen ei jäänyt riittävästi aikaa.

These dresses are a part of my school work during the trainee period in a bridal boutique.

Nämä mekot valmistuivat kouluni työssäoppimisjakson näyttötyönä ihanassa morsiuspukuliikkeessä Tuhkimotarina . Mekko on suunniteltu yhdessä liikkeen pitäjän / to-ohjaajani kanssa hänen omaan hääpukumallistoon yhteensopivaksi.
